Write for us

Inspired Arts Review welcomes considered pitches about arts and creative practice. We are interested in articles that help readers see how a particular choice, material, form or working habit shapes creative work.

What to propose

A strong pitch names its subject, explains the central question and shows what a reader will understand or notice by the end. Useful subjects include a close reading of a creative choice, a comparison of approaches, a clear account of a process or a well-defined piece of arts history.

What makes a good contribution

Write with care, define specialist terms and separate facts from interpretation. Keep the scope focused, avoid unsupported claims, and do not rely on access, credentials or firsthand testing that the article cannot explain transparently. We welcome distinct angles rather than broad surveys.

How to send a pitch

Send proposals through the Contact page and select the editorial question option. Include a working title, a short outline, the proposed category and a brief note about your approach. A proposal is not a guarantee of publication.

Our approach

Attention is part of understanding

A closer look does not require specialist knowledge. It begins with noticing a choice, asking what it does, and staying open to more than one reading.
